Simple, scalable, secure—that's infinias. The infinias eIDC32 Intelli-M Ethernet-enabled Integrated Door Controller may be small in size with its small form factor (1.30" D x 1.70" W x 2.82" H), but this extremely powerful device is engineered to effectively and efficiently provide secure electronic access control—from a single door installation, to thousands of doors at one or multiple locations.

The simple-to-install device is installed at the door and leverages your existing network infrastructure. The eIDC32 quickly connects to the closest network switch with a single Cat 5/Cat 6 cable. Peripheral door hardware (readers, locks, sensors, etc.) connect directly to the controller eliminating “homerun” wiring and significantly reducing the high installation costs associated with traditional panel-based access control systems.

Each eIDC32 Intelli-M door controller supports one door and up to two readers.  The controller works with most existing credentials (Wiegand 26-64 bit) and can support up to 8 formats simultaneously. Additional features include a browser-based interface and a 32-bit processor for enhanced speed and performance.

The device has AES 128-bit encryption to secure communication from controller to server, and SSL to browser for enhanced security, along with PoE (Power over Ethernet) that carries both data and power for both controller and door peripheral hardware. The eIDC32 door controller provides true scalability for your business, with the ability to add as many doors as needed to your network—by simply adding one controller per door. You can easily add a single door or thousands and eliminate the expense of control panels associated with traditional access control solutions.

Power Over Ethernet (PoE) - Carries both data and power. PoE carries power and data for the door controller and peripheral door hardware.

Peer-to-peer Communication - Keeps data flowing even if a server connection is interrupted. The eIDC32 controller operates autonomously with true peer-to-peer communication, independent of a network or PC workstation and is designed to minimize the impact of any component failure.

3-State Alarm Monitoring – Provides enhanced protection. The eIDC32 controller features 3-state alarm monitoring: normally open, normally closed, and trouble (if there is a short or cable has been cut).

Auxiliary Relay – More power. The door controller features a Form C relay that provides additional power for Mag-locks with higher power requirements.  

Flashing IP Address – Provides automatic IP address discovery. The LEDs on the front of the device flash the controller’s IP address upon startup, so you’ll never have to guess what the IP address is.

Standalone Capability – Eliminates the need for client software for single door installations. In the event you only need to secure a single door, the door controller features an embedded web browser with the capacity to handle up to 8,000 card holders on its own, eliminating the need for a separate server or workstation software. You can simply browse through the device’s IP address to configure your system.
