This is the BCM-5 Charger Kit. Lithium-Ion batteries can be charged or discharged at any time without developing memory effects. It must be noted that this battery can only be charged in the Lithium-Ion Battery Charger (BCM-5).
The Olympus BCM-5 Battery Charger is the dedicated Lithium-Ion battery charger for the BLM-5 battery. It recharges the BLM-5 battery in approx. two and a half hours (at room temperature) and it is included with the Olympus E-5 digital SLR. The BCM-5 is compatible with the international power supply of 100-240V AC.
Note! The BCM-5 battery replaces the BLM-01 battery. However, it cannot be charged in the Li-Ion Battery Charger BCM-01
The BCM-5 can recharge a BLM-5 in about 210 minutes (at room temperature)
